В статье приводится характеристика правовых норм, регулирующих цифровые технологии и искусственный интеллект в пенитенциарных учреждениях Испании, и практика их применения. Рассматриваются преимущества и недостатки существующих программ оценки рисков.

The article describes the legal norms governing digital technologies and artificial intelligence in Spanish penitentiary institutions and the practice of their application. The advantages and disadvantages of existing risk assessment programs are considered.
