Abstract:
The article discusses the problems of the implementation of the resocialization of persons who have served their sentences in places of deprivation of liberty, who need to solve domestic and social issues. The existing problems of the re-socialization of these individuals lead them to commit repeated crimes. In order to increase the effectiveness of the state's social policy, it is necessary to improve the organization of the activities of government agencies responsible for social support for people who are being punished, and to introduce a system for evaluating work in the field of resocialization. Solving the problems of re-socialization of people released from prison will reduce the level of recidivism.
