The problem of preventing delinquent behavior of convicts, creating conditions for their psychological and pedagogical support, correction and reduction of recidivism is one of the priority tasks facing the penal enforcement system. The article is devoted to the study of psychological-pedagogical conditions necessary for the prevention of delinquency of convicts. Such conditions can be the organization of a targeted impact on the level of aggressiveness, drug addiction of convicts, work on self-regulation of their behavior, increasing the level of cooperation between convicts and employees of the penal enforcement system.
