Abstract (English):
The article analyzes the legal features of the composition of a knowingly unlawful sentence fixed in the Criminal Code of Vietnam in 2015. Some problems of applying the norms on criminal liability for the imposition of a knowingly unlawful sentence in practice are revealed, as well as proposals for their improvement.
