Abstract:
The article considers an innovative approach to the formation of cadets' readiness for a conscious choice of a military profession by means of a foresight session as a tool for military professional orientation. The relevance of the research is determined by the need to improve the system of military professional orientation in the context of dynamically changing requirements for the professional competencies of military specialists. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and experimental verification of the effectiveness of the foresight session in shaping the components of cadets' readiness for informed professional choice. A set of methods was used in the study: theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, experimental work, statistical methods of data processing. The novelty of the research lies in the development and testing of a foresight session adapted to the specifics of cadet education and including the stages of trend analysis, building service maps, and designing scenarios for professional development. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of introducing a foresight session into the educational process of cadet corps to increase the effectiveness of military professional orientation.
