THE ESSENCE AND PROSPECTS OF MICRO- QUALIFICATIONS AS AN INNOVATIVE FORM OF DEPARTMENTAL EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
The article considers microqualification as one of the trends in modern education, which can be obtained in the context of a bachelor's degree (master's degree) or an educational program in a narrow field. The conditions for the application of microqualifications are given on the basis of a UNESCO report on the development of a common definition of microqualifications. The article analyzes the contradictions between the education system and the labor market; the problems of introducing microqualifications depending on the quality of training programs. The relevance of the use of microqualifications in the educational system of universities of law enforcement agencies is emphasized. A special emphasis in the article is placed on informatization and the formation of an information culture of teachers and employees of departmental educational organizations.
